Conservation and Utilization of Mineral Resources, founded in 1981, superintended by Ministry of Natural Resources and sponsored by Zhengzhou Institute of Multipurpose Utilization of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Science, is published bimonthly now. The journal devotes to innovation and developments in the allied fields of mineral processing, metallurgical engineering, mineral materials and mining environment. The purpose of the journal is to provide publication of topical original papers of research and practical topics on mineral resources science and technology, including physical separation methods, such as comminution, flotation concentration and dewatering, chemical methods such as various metallurgy technologies, process control, simulation, and sustainable development. Aiming to enhance the journal influence, great efforts have been made to improve the academic level of the journal and more and more outstanding scientists have become authors or reviewers of the journal.
The impact factor of Conservation and Utilization of Mineral Resources is now 0.961 from CNKI with more than 20% of an annual growing rate in last two years.
